The Palace

The other features of this palace that draws the attention of the tourists are Ratan Daulat and the Diwan-i-am (Hall of Public Audience) that includes a marble stone.



It is also required to mention here that visitors are prohibited from visiting certain areas that are adorned with the murals and if you intend to visit these areas then you are required to take the permission of the Maharaja of Bundi. The gate that leads to this palace is known as the Hathi Pole (Elephant Gate). If you have decided to opt for this place then you need to know that you are not allowed to carry your camera along with you as the visitors are prohibited from taking pictures.
